The vibe here was sophisticated. I had reasonably priced room for all or clothes. I got a good breakfast with japanese food and Japanese options, for example. The staff was cordial and delivered excellent service. The location of the hotel was very central, close enough to the very central shopping place of Ginza, near many good stores such as Mitsukoshi, Uniqlo, Apple Store, and several subway stations.

Its location was marvellous, so close to the centre, whose opening hours until 10.30pm, and the train station and a fabulous high end shopping district...

perfect base for exploring parks and dining options
I loved how close this place was to the Imperial Palace and Yasukuni Shrine. It was right near some great dining spots like Gyuan and Beer Hall Lion, perfect for fueling up after a long day of exploration.

The hotel location is great. Right middle of the famous shopping area Ginza. There are plenty of restaurant serving Japanese food or western food can be easily found within walking distance. We will definitely recommend this hotel to relative or friend.
The room might be a little bit smaller from what we expected.

The staff were exceptional - a beautiful room although I felt the guest lounge was slightly drab. Also please put wireless internet in the rooms it helps us iPad users dramatically

Recommend it for groups who love shopping
The location was amazing , just steps from the Ginza shopping district. Plus, the staff would go out of their way to help us with anything we needed, even giving us great tips on where to eat.
